What size board should I order?

While we offer serving size suggestions based on the FDA's Nutritional Guidelines, we know that you know your guests better we do, and are better able to predict their appetites than we are. It is always a good idea to view our board measurements listed for each product and then use a ruler or tape measure to see exactly how big the item you are ordering will be.

If I choose pick up, where can I pick up my board?

You can pick your order up during the pick up window of 9:30-9:45 each day. Picnic Grazing Co. is located within the Three Flags Center in Laguna Niguel off of Forbes Road and Crown Valley. Please text 949-322-0008 when you arrive and our staff will bring your order out to you.

Does Picnic Grazing Co. deliver outside of the delivery window offered when ordering?

While we prefer to deliver during our typical delivery hours, sometimes we are able to make an exception. If we can, we will, but an additional delivery charge will be necessary and it's ALWAYS best to confirm with us prior to placing your order to ensure that we will be able to accommodate. 

Does Picnic Grazing Co. deliver or book events outside of the 25-mile delivery radius?

We absolutely do! We love our neighbors in San Diego and Los Angeles and will happily deliver and cater to those areas when a minimum order is met and an additional out-of-area fee is paid.

Is Picnic Grazing Co. licensed and insured?

We are fully licensed by the Orange County Healthcare Agency and insured. You can rest assured that we take all of the proper and necessary food preparation and storage safety measures as required by law. We operate out of a fully-license and insured commercial prep kitchen, never out of a home or unlicensed facility. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Things happen, and we understand. If your plans change you can request a cancellation/refund for online orders up to 24 hours after you FIRST PLACED your order. After the 24-hour time period we are happy to offer a store credit for future use. 

For Grazing Tables and Workshops your 20% deposit guarantees your date and will not be refunded after seven days. Once you have paid the remaining balance IN FULL we consider your event confirmed and will not be able to offer a refund. Once we have confirmed your event with a full payment we have blocked that date in our calendar for other events and will very likely turn other events down as a result. We give our very best to every exclusive event we book, and pride ourselves on being the premiere grazing company in Orange County so we never overbook.
